In Uefa the same teams always win there domestic leagues
Spain- Barcelona or Real Madrid
Italy-Ac Milan, Inter, Roma, Juve
England- Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal
Netherlands- PSV, Ajax
Portugal-Sporting, Porto, Benfica

in europe the same teams always win their domestic league but in latin america a different team always wins

sure europe has all the talent but its just becoming a routine

look at brazil
Sao paolo
Cruzeiro
Internacional
Santos
they where the last 4 winners
In Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile
there are always different winners

yeah, really. so predictable lately, getting more so as time goes on.

yes, it is kind of routine, but still it is not predictable.
spain - sevilla, villareal
italy - fiorentina
england - everton
netherlands - Feyenoord, NAC Breda

could win their league soon.

No, coz there are still a few teams who can win domestic league. You didn't mention French league and Lyon (7 times in last 7 years), that's the real problem.
