I don't really think so becoz when Ronaldinho leaves Barcelona this year Henry will be able to shine and would even be better and better if eto leaves so he becomes the main striker in Barcelona as he was in Arsenal during his best days. I also think that with Guardiolla arriving, he'll be able to get the most out of Henry, a thing which Rijkaard has (surprisingly) miserably failed at.

Chelsea this year lacked adequate team chemistry, and Henry would not fit very well. While he would bring leadership and his skill set, they need people to bring the team together to work better as a unit, and I doubt he would be able to do that.
