I am going to become a referre for basketball and I know all the rules, but I am not sure if I should call all the travels, up and down, some little thing like that, cuz my trainer has told me that it's better to let the game keep going, so I am wondering what thte limit is

also, when do I start counting 3 in the key, and 5 sec. thx
