| MLS is kinda the new kid on the block, it has real potential, but right now it is below the big leagues like england, the spanish league and others in that class. they are right about the same level as Mexican soccer ( although Mexicans won't admit it) and there is evidence that they are getting better. as far as what is required of a city to have a team i have no clue |
