| What is his rating or how are we to measure it - until we know that we cannot answer as you cannot be under or over anything unless we know what the standard is. Perhaps you may say "Is he a worthy England International player" but then what is worthy? Would the majority of football fans select him for England but what does that say about the rest of the team? However it does seem to me that he is praised too highly as he lacks flair. |
