| Manchester United Sign Indian Star? Vikasha Sallan has officially completed his £1.1m move to Manchester United from Mahindra United.
The Indian midfield starlet Sallan has signed a seven-year contract with the Red Devils and becomes the most expensive football transfer in Indian football history.
Manchester United head scout Martin Ferguson has said: "When we bought in Nani and Anderson we were exicted for the future of our club, now its even more promising with the capture of Sallan."
The head scout also added: "We welcome him because he is a marvellous player, and one who brings just what we need to the team. It's a terrific prospect...my experience of this team is that when we have signed a player of this calibre, he has done wonders for us
The 17-year-old old flew into London Heathrow Airport from Mumbai last night, and underwent a successful medical earlier this morning.

Sallan said: "I was unaware of the impact it would make not just on me as a player, but the whole sqaud. I feel ashamed of myself and worried this ban may hinder my European football dream. I wish i wasn't easily led astray'.
