After the World Cup the Rankings are in july

However i am slightly confused if you go on the FIFA web it shows that Teams that faired poorer in the World cup than others went up and Portugal whom were semi finalists went down so i will need this explained to me by someone more in the know because i don't get it.
Also Scotland went up 19 places to 40 after our Kirin Cup win lol, Ireland are 38th and Wales are 56th, N Ireland are 72nd, some may also want to know that Greece are 32nd |
