Either Brazil, Argentina, Spain, or Mexico have the best chances to win the cup.

Brazil and Argentina have always been favorites in this tournament together they have won 9 out of the 15 times this cup has taken place.

This year defending champions Brazil will count with *Lucas Pezzini* who helped his team Gremio reach the final of the Copa Libertadores, *Marcelo* Real Madrids replacement for Roberto Carlos, and *Alexandre Pato* who was part of the team that won the Intercontinental Championship(Fifa Club World Cup) with Internacional against Barcelona last year.

Argentina will have *Mauro Zarate*, who was just bought by a team from Qatar for about $20 million, and three players that are active in respectable European teams such as defenders *Federico Fazio*(Sevilla) and *Emiliano Insua*(Liverpool), as well the striker *Sergio Aguero*(Atletico de Madrid)

As for Spain they have the virtue of having the team which won the European title last year in Poland.

Mexico will count with two promising talents in Giovanni Dos Santos(Barcelona) and Carlos Vela(Arsenal, loaned to Spanish second division team Salamanca) who lead the team to the U-17 world championship. With these two players and the base of the U-17 team Mexico will have a chance to win the title despite that they count with an inexperienced team at this level of competition.
