| It really depends on your property. I personally sold a property about a year and a half ago and I'm SO glad I used a realtor. It saved me from having to deal with the weirdos (and there ARE a lot of freaks out there). It's just safer and smarter to hire a professional. If you can't pay for a full-service broker, go with a discount broker, but don't try to do it yourself. |
