| Most MLS's have that information in their database, but restrict it to MLS members, for obvious reasons.
Be aware that there is FAR more information contained in a MLS database than the average person can access.
MLS's are very careful to protect the interests of their members, and the member's clients in terms of not revealing anything which might interfere with a sale.
Some of the MLS information is restricted ONLY to the listing agent of the property and/or his managing broker. |
