Find a limited service brokerage in your area and pay them their upfront fee to put it on the MLS (as long as your particular state laws aren't violated, you'll have companies like that in your area).































Technically, your home will be listed, but the agent won't do any extensive advertising or follow up. You'll be in charge of your transaction, and will likely pay a buyer agent a cooperative fee if they procure the buyer. You can choose not to offer that cooperative fee, but it may limit your home's exposure.
