Technically, your home will be listed, but the agent won't do any extensive advertising or follow up. You'll be in charge of your transaction, and will likely pay a buyer agent a cooperative fee if they procure the buyer. You can choose not to offer that cooperative fee, but it may limit your home's exposure. |
