no dude it doesnt go by the rankings. it goes by continents. u have to qualify by continents. like 4 or 5. europe has the most though with like 15 or something. conmebol can have 4 and the 5th team plays australia and the winner if that goes to the world cup. and last year concacaf had 4. asia has a little bit. then africa. |
